What is a wrongful death lawsuit?

If you pull up to a gas station and get ten gallons of gas and it's warmer than sixty-two degrees, due to the fact that the gas in the tank expands at Chevron or Exxon or whatever, you get ten gallons, but you don't get ten gallons of energy.
